SPARK Schools is one of the country’s fastest growing network of affordable private schools implementing the first blended learning model for primary school students in South Africa.
SPARK Schools approached us to bring focus to their Marketing efforts.
Aligned on the vision that ‘old ways won’t open new doors’, we supported SPARK on their mission to transform the South African education sector by providing the highest quality education at a truly affordable price.
Functioning as their external marketing department over a 12-month period we re-positioned their brand and created a visual language for their schools network. As part of the redesign and new CI roll out, we assisted SPARK to design all collateral in line with the new visual language including a fresh website, brochures and signage.
Collaboratively we devised an 18-month communication and marketing plan, as well as a full execution budget to support the SPARK team implement the full scope of Above the Line, Below The Line, Activations, Events, OOH, Media, PR and a more specific focus on Digital Marketing executions.
The focus of the campaigns were two fold – brand awareness and lead generation, ensuring that the network received the necessary number of applications to fill all 13 of their schools.
